Glastonbury 2027 lineup odds

Pyramid Scheme

Who's playing Worthy Farm, 23 to 27 June 2027? We went through 25 years of Glasto lineups, every big summer festival we could scrape, setlist.fm gig diaries and the bookies' prices, and turned it all into odds. Last updated .

The board

The chance each act gets a big slot, meaning anywhere on the Pyramid or the top five on the Other Stage. Tap a name to see what's pushing their number up or down, and their gig diary around Glasto weekend.

Us vs the bookies

Every act the bookies have priced. Along the bottom is their chance of headlining, with the bookies' margin taken off. Up the side is our chance of any big slot. Headlining counts as a big slot, so most dots should sit above the dashed line. Anyone below it is someone the 2027 news has gone against.

What actually predicts a Glasto booking

We checked 2000 to 2025: artist-years across 40 festivals, against everyone who played the Pyramid or the top five on the Other Stage.

Festivals that point to Glasto

How much better your Glasto odds are if you play this festival the same summer, compared with an act who's just as famous but didn't. 1× means it tells you nothing. † means the festival has stopped running.

Count the festivals

Share who played Glasto, by how many UK, Irish and European summer festivals they did that year.

Is it any good?

We hid each year from the model and made it predict that year from the others.

Does 20% mean 20%?

Each dot is a bunch of artist-years. Along the bottom is what the model said, up the side is how often they really played. Dots on the dashed line are spot on. At the top end it gets carried away and the dots drop below the line.

Picks that came true, by year

ModelFame and Glasto history only
How many of the model's top 40 really got a big slot. It falls off after 2022, mostly because two of the best signals, T in the Park and Oxegen, don't exist any more.

How the odds work

Every act starts with a number from their track record: how often they've played the big festivals lately, and whether they've done Glasto before. Coming back after a few years off helps a lot more than having played the last one. If the bookies have priced someone to headline, their number can't drop below that, since headlining counts as a big slot.

Then each bit of 2027 news multiplies their odds by however much that kind of news mattered in the back-test. Booked for Rock Werchter? Glasto acts play Werchter far more often than lookalikes who don't get Glasto, so the odds go up. A gig in Texas on 26 June? They go down a lot. Ruled out by Emily Eavis? Near enough zero.

It isn't that clever. In the back-test its top 40 got about right a year, against for picking on fame and Glasto history alone. About 30% of Glasto's big acts didn't play any of the 40 festivals we track, so it never had a chance with them. It's a bit of fun, not a betting system.
